In Botega we prepare fresh pasta every day according to tradition, with fresh and selected ingredients, such as durum wheat flour imported from Italy, with the desire to bring to the table a piece of Italy and home. In addition to the classic egg and durum wheat pasta, every day we prepare lasagna, ravioli and potato gnocchi.

For lunch and dinner you can enjoy our fresh handmade pasta or try our Bolognese and vegetarian lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, potato gnocchi, risotto and ravioli.
You can also find salami and cheese plates, bruschetta and salads, all accompanied by the best Italian wines.
And finally the homemade desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake, panna cotta, crostata as well as Italian liqueurs and grappa.
Don't call it pizza! In Botega we make pinsa, a reinterpretation of an ancient Roman recipe, reworked with new ingredients and modern techniques over the centuries, up to the present day.
Compared to pizza, pinsa has its own specific characteristics, such as oval shape, greater digestibility, crispness and fragrance, with fewer calories and a unique rustic taste.
The dough of the Roman pinsa is made with a mix of three different flours (wheat 00, rice and soy) and is highly hydrated. It contains less yeast than traditional pizza and is subjected to leavening-maturation techniques for at least 24 or 36 hours at a controlled temperature of 5ºC.
